All paid plans run on a 30-day billing cycle starting from the date you first subscribe. Your card is charged automatically every 30 days until you cancel.

You can upgrade at any time from the Subscription page. When you upgrade mid-cycle, you are only charged the prorated difference for the remaining days. For example, if you upgrade from Basic ($9.99) to Pro ($19.99) halfway through your 30-day cycle, you'll be charged roughly $5 for the remaining 15 days. Your next full cycle bills at the new rate.

You can downgrade at any time. When you downgrade mid-cycle, you receive a prorated credit for the unused portion of your higher plan. This credit is automatically applied to your next invoice — you are never double-charged.

Pro plan users can add or remove the DeepL Translation add-on ($3.99/mo) at any time. The charge is prorated per day — if you add DeepL 10 days into your cycle, you'll only pay for the remaining 20 days (~$2.66). Removing DeepL mid-cycle gives you a prorated credit on your next invoice.

AllOfUs Chat uses daily proration powered by Stripe. Whenever you change your plan or add-ons mid-cycle, Stripe calculates the exact number of days remaining and adjusts your charges accordingly. You'll see any prorated charges or credits itemized on your next invoice. You never pay for days you didn't use.

You can cancel anytime from your Profile page. Your paid features remain active until the end of your current 30-day billing period. No further charges are made after cancellation.
